How to thread a sewing machine needle with the Needle Threader

Just place the thread from right to left through the slit in the threader (1) , slide the threader down the needle (2) until the pin pushes the thread through the needle eye (3). Gently pull the thread away from the needle (4). The hook on the threader can then be used to pull the thread completely through (5).

This little sewing ruler is a 6 inch long aluminum gauge with a red sliding guide. Use it to quickly and consistently measure short spaces when sewing or quilting. Measuring correctly can have an enormous impact on the look of any sewing project!

You can set the measurement with the spacer and easily and quickly measure ⅝”, ¼” or ¾” hems or seam allowances. Long tape measures can easily get in the way when making these short measurements. USE THE PEN WITHIN 5 MONTHS!

Your pen performs spectacularly for at least FIVE months, then the special gel ink may start to dry out.

We suggest that you always put the cap firmly back on if you are not using the pen. Unlike other pens, such as writing pens, you can’t leave this special pen sitting around uncapped. It is also helpful to store the pen pointed end down.

Order refills only when you run out, so you always have an ultra-fresh fabric marking pen!! :-)

Important:

• Always test these pens on scraps of ALL fabrics you will be using in your quilt as ghost marks can appear on some fabrics after ironing.

• If you accidentally forget to test and this happens (we did occasionally) then the product we recommend to make the marks disappear is Amodex®.

1. Press stamp lightly onto your permanent fabric ink inkpad* 

2. Place your washed and ironed fabric onto a hard surface and press inked stamp onto your intended spot pressing firmly on the entire top surface 

3. Hold the fabric in place while lifting the stamp slowly

4. Let ink completely dry, iron on low-heat to ensure permanence

5. Wash stamp with soap and water after each use and let dry completely before storing
