    • Why isn’t the white marker showing immediately? The white ink may take a few seconds to appear on some fabrics. This is normal and does not affect its performance. Be patient for the best results.

    • How to store the pens? Store the pens tightly capped and tip-down when not in use to ensure smooth ink flow.

    • How long can I use the pens?  Use your pens within 5 months to prevent the gel ink from drying out.

    • Always test these pens on scraps of ALL fabrics you will be using in your quilt as ghost marks can appear on some fabrics after ironing.

      • If you accidentally forget to test and this happens (we did occasionally) then the product we recommend to make the marks disappear is Amodex®.

    • Do not use these pens on the top of a show quilt as the marks can appear again if the quilt is exposed to low temperatures during shipment or storage. See online manual for details.
