3. Binder Pocket 6-Pack

1. Set up your Binder Bag as your project control centre. Place your tools and notions in the 7 built-in zip pockets — scissors, seam ripper, clips, markers, and other frequently used items each get a dedicated pocket. Insert the BP6 Binder Pockets into the 3-ring binder.
2. Assign one Binder Pocket per active project. Fill each pocket with the pattern pieces, cutting instructions, fabric swatches, and small notions for that project. Use the coloured tabs to label each pocket — by project name, due date, or status (e.g., cutting, piecing, quilting, binding).
3. Load your Project Bag for today's work. Take the fabric, quilt blocks, and pattern for your current project and fill the large back pocket. Place your tools and reference materials in the smaller front pocket. Slot the project information card into the front card slot — use pencil so you can update it as the project progresses.
4. Take the Project Bag wherever you're sewing. Hang it on a hook, drape it over a chair, or carry it to a class or retreat. Everything you need for that one project travels with you — nothing gets left behind or mixed with another project.
5. Store finished quilts in the Quilt Storage Bag. Fold your finished quilt and place it inside the bag. Zip shut with the double zipper. The transparent front panel lets you identify the quilt without opening the bag — label it if you have multiple storage bags on a shelf or in a closet.
6. Keep the system running between projects. When one project finishes, update the Binder Pocket, clear the Project Bag, and use the empty pocket for the next WIP. The whole system resets in minutes.
