The Ruffler Foot is one of the best time saving attachments you can add to your sewing machine. This universal presser foot creates evenly spaced pleats and gathers very fast.
Once the ruffler foot is attached to your home sewing machine and all the settings on the foot and your machine are in place, you just push the pedal and the pleats or gathers are being made by the presser foot. No ironing, marking or pinning involved!
The Ruffler Foot is a big screw-on presser foot that you can attach to most low-shank household sewing machines. To learn more about different types of sewing machines and the attachments that fit or not, check out this blog post that explains high and low shank, snap on and screw on feet.
You can adjust the size and depth of the ruffles and pleats on the foot to get the look you want.
Materials: Zinc alloy, stainless steel with a plastic knob
As we do for all of our products, the ruffler foot also comes with very clear and detailed instructions plus an online ruffler foot manual with a YouTube video.
This presser foot needs some explanation about the settings on the foot, how to attach it to your machine, and how to guide the fabric underneath. Please check out the instructions and video before you start using this foot. It’ll make all the difference!
Once you get beyond how scary and complicated a Ruffler Foot might look to you, you will discover how it makes ruffling very easy!
