Open Ring Snaps

Had difficulty getting this to work. Once It worked the snaps were fine but ruined about 8 snaps for every one that worked. Prongs would not line up correctly and some would be bend and not fit into the ring it was suppose to. (It wasn't just me...I had another person try it too). It would be nice if you included instructions with pictures. I did find videos on U-tube to watch so pretty confident I was doing it correctly. When I called to see if I could buy more of just the prong pieces, your customer service rep sent me a whole new box of snaps! Very impressed with the customer service!
