You can return any item you bought within 60 days after receiving it. You do not have to give a reason for your return, however, we may ask you why you want to return for information and quality purposes so that we can better understand the reason and make product changes if necessary.
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Exception to the policy: For all orders received in the months of October, November and December, the return/refund period lasts until January 31st of the following year. This is specifically done to protect Holiday Period gifts.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This could also be a picture of your payment receipt or an order number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-844-284-5336 and you will receive instructions.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they may find out about your return.
To return your product, you need to email us first at email@example.com for a unique RMA number that will be assigned to the return. We will then give you specific instructions on how to return.
Shipping costs of the return shipping are to be paid by the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return to reach us may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
