What is your return policy?

You can return any item you bought within 60 days after receiving it. It needs to be in new and unused condition. If 60 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. What are the shipping options?

For Canadian orders, we offer several carriers including Canada Post, UPS and a partner carrier. Shipping method depends on weight of order.

Where do the orders ship from?

Canadian orders are shipped from our Ontario warehouse located in Toronto.

When will my order ship?

Shipping will occur after the order has been fulfilled. Usually this is within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. A shipping confirmation including a tracking number will be sent to the email used in the order.

How long does shipping take?

Canadian domestic orders ship from our warehouse in Ontario and you should receive your order within 2-7 business days after your package ships. We make every effort to ship orders, first in first out, contingent on product availability, as fast as possible.

I haven't received my order yet. What can I do?

Check the tracking of your order first. The tracking number will be in the email shipping confirmation that was sent a few days after you ordered. If you do not have that email you can look up the order in this page.

I can't find an item on the website anymore. What should I do?

If an item no longer appears on our website, it may be out of stock or discountinued. Please email customer care at Madamsew.com or call us at 1-844-284-5336 for answers to your question.

How can I search to find products on the website?

You can use the search bar at the top of our website on desktop. The search bar is located in the menu on mobile.

Some items are in pre-order. What does that mean?

Sometimes some of our products are in pre-order because they are new and the inventory hasn't arrived yet or the item is out of stock and you can pre-order them before the inventory arrives to our warehouses. All pre-order items wil be shipped starting on the date mentioned on the product page.

Will Madamsew presser feet fit my machine?
