I like it very much on my quilt it helped me stay right in the ditch
Absolutely love this foot for stitching in the seam line.
I am new to quilting, learned to sew in home ec a loooooong time ago. This foot makes it so much easier for my little home machine to quilt my beginner projects! Love all my Madam Sew feet!
I was really excited to try this foot today on a small quilt but was immediately disappointed in how it performed. My quilt has low loft batting but the guide kept flexing sideways and getting out of the "ditch". At the juncture with the next block, the guide stuck on the seam and wouldn't go over it into the next block. The stitches wandered out of the ditch when the guide flexed and then got very small when the guide got stuck at the seam of the next block. I then had to rip out all those stitches and use a different foot.
Maybe it will work as a joining foot or an edge guide, but it didn't work for me at all as a quilting foot.
The things I bought were well worth having, and Madam Sew’s received my order, filled it quickly, and got it to me in record time. Very pleased with Madam Sew.
