How to Use the Beading Foot
This is another simple foot to use to add embellishments to your projects.
The key to this foot is to ensure the beads are not too large to fit through the gap at the front of the presser foot.
Top Tip: take you foot with you when selecting beads until you are used to the sizes
Make sure to thread the beads through the foot before you put it on the machine, using the clip on bar.
You will need to select a wider zigzag stitch and a longer stitch length to secure the beads.
You can mark out a swirly floral pattern although you must avoid sewing beads over each other as this will not be possible with this foot.
If sewing around a curve go SLOWLY to get the best accuracy.
Then simply sew along your chosen stitch path and beautiful beads will be sewn into place automatically.
Selecting a clear filament will hide all stitching againt a multi coloured background, otherwise a matching coloured thread will work beautifully.
