    Premium Quality - 11k+ 5 stars review

This single spool stand is basically a stand alone large spool pin for your sewing machine. You can use it as an extra vertical spool pin with your sewing machine when sewing with a double needle. Maybe your pin is broken or you are looking for a way to use larger cones that don’t fit on your sewing machine pin. The weighted aluminum base provides maximum stabilization for even the largest spools and cones.

Because your thread will be guided from the top this thread stand will also guarantee a more consistent thread tension, evenly wound bobbins, and less thread breakage, skipped stitches or tangled threads. It prevents your thread from getting stuck or snagged.

With this thread stand and guide you can use any type of cone or spool on your home sewing machine and not be limited by the standard size -often more expensive- spools. Save money by using large cones and spools of thread with this stand, you can even fit king cones on this stand!

This stand is compatible with any serger, home sewing or embroidery machine.

Vertical thread stands are best used with cross-wound cones or spools that unravel over the top of the cones.

    • Max foot width of the cone: 4 inches

    • Max height of the cone: 10 inches

    • Thread Stand Weight 300 g

    • Thread Stand Dimensions HxW: 14 ½ x 5 inches

    • Base Dimensions HxW: ¾ x 5 inches

Just put the stand next to your machine. Put the spool or cone over the central pin, grab the thread, pull it through the hook of the large rod and start threading your machine like you normally do.

Assembled in seconds. Clear instructions and link to online video included in the package and also available in our online user instructions for the spool stand..

    Great thread stand

Had to have a second thread stand and this one was perfect. Just read the instructions BEFORE you attempt to put it together. Once together correctly it worked perfect.

Solving a dilemma with a thread holder

This item will be helpful and will save me $$ because I can use very large spools of thread with my home machine. The thread holder is easy to assemble *, sturdier than expected and stable on the sewing table. The only issue I had was with the final *assembly. It would have ben a snap, but the base was not threaded properly to receive the tall armature. My husband knew what to do. He used his tap and die set and made the right size threaded hole. My problem was fixed! Hoping this was an anomaly and not a problem with all of the items.
